These terms cover the Bookmark Hero browser extension and the paid tier sold for it by Axora Software LLC (“we”). Installing the extension or buying a licence means you accept them.
The extension
The free extension collects the items you save on sites you enable into a library stored in your browser. It is provided as is. You may use it for your own accounts on those sites. It is not a tool for collecting other people’s content, and you are responsible for using it in line with each site’s terms.
The paid tier
The paid tier adds features on top of the free extension: AI tagging, summaries, and filing into your folders with a provider you choose, and instant capture of your saves. It is sold as a monthly or annual subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase, through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout.
- A licence covers up to three browsers at a time. You can deactivate a browser from its settings to free a slot.
- A trial, started from inside the extension, gives one browser the paid tier for seven days, once. No card is taken and nothing is charged when it ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the link in your Stripe receipt; the paid features keep working until the end of the period you paid for.
- A lifetime purchase is one payment for the paid tier as it exists over time, on the extension as we continue to publish it. It can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, after which it is final.
- If a payment fails, the paid features stop working after a grace period until payment resumes.
- The AI features need an AI provider you choose and pay for yourself, or a model running on your own machine. We do not provide AI processing and are not responsible for a provider’s output, availability, or charges.
Your data
Your library is yours and stays in your browser. We never receive it. Our privacy policy says exactly what reaches us when you buy a licence, and nothing else does.
What we promise and what we do not
We work to keep the extension working with the sites it supports. Those sites change their pages and interfaces without notice, and a change can interrupt capture until we publish an update. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not responsible for a site removing content you saved or closing your account. Keep exports if your library matters to you; export is free and covers everything.
To the extent the law allows, the extension and the paid tier are provided without warranties of any kind, and our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
Changes and termination
We may change these terms; the date at the top changes with them. We may end a licence that is used in breach of these terms, with a refund of any unused subscription period. You can stop using the extension at any time by removing it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
