Quick answers

Nothing is showing up after I enabled a site. Open the site once in a normal tab. The extension reads your saves the way the site’s own page does, so it needs you to be signed in there. The site’s card under Settings → Modules shows what it is doing and says when it needs a login.

I want it to grab everything I saved years ago. Press Sync on the site’s card. The first sync also starts a history import that walks back through your saved items at a polite pace. The card shows its progress.

A post I saved was deleted. Is it gone? No. Your copy stays, with its text, pictures, and the post it quoted. The item shows when it disappeared from the site.

I un-saved something on the site and it vanished from my library. That is instant capture, part of the paid tier: your own un-save takes the item out of the library view. It is not deleted. Find it under “Removed from collection” in the library sidebar and press “Keep on my shelf” to bring it back.

Search does not find a word I typed. Search matches inside words, so part of a word is enough. Filters like module:reddit, tag:rust, folder:reading, has:media, and after:2026-01 narrow it down. Quotes make a phrase.

Where is my data? In your browser’s extension storage, on your device. Settings → Storage shows how much, and exports everything in open formats.

Which AI providers work? Anthropic, OpenAI, and anything that speaks the OpenAI chat API, including Ollama, LM Studio, Jan, LocalAI, llama.cpp, and vLLM on your own machine. You bring the key or run the model yourself; nothing goes through us.

How many browsers can one licence use? Three at a time. Deactivate one from Settings → License to free a slot.

I lost my licence key. Use the Lost your key? page with the email you bought with.

How do I cancel? From the link in your Stripe receipt, any time. The paid features keep working until the end of the period you paid for.
